LaTour tuvo una carrera realmente breve -de 1990 a 1993- en la que solo publicó dos álbumes, pero aún así le bastó para hacer historia con este "People Are Still Having Sex".

El single vió la luz en 1991y fue uno de los primeros temas de club en hablar explícitamente sobre el sida, causando controversia y siendo censurado por todas las radios. Aún así obtuvo cierto éxito a nivel europeo, ya que sonaba realmente moderno y poderoso para la época. Pero quizás, aunque el paso del tiempo no ha hecho mella en absoluto, sí que ha quedado algo olvidado para mi gusto. Por eso decidí retocarlo, acomodarlo a la cultura de club actual, hacerlo más pinchable, remasterizarlo y dejarlo listo para que continúe calentando las pistas de baile y poniendo el foco en temas de rabiosa actualidad.
